OKPanalo Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and OKPanalo ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the OKPanalo platform, including all betting, gaming, and related services available at okpanalo.best.

We have written these Terms in straightforward English so that every Filipino member — from first-time bettors to regular players — can understand what is expected of them and what they can expect from OKPanalo. By creating an account with OKPanalo or by using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the OKPanalo platform.

To register and use OKPanalo, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to verify that participating on OKPanalo is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where OKPanalo's services are explicitly prohibited by local law.

OKPanalo may request verification of your age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each member may hold only one (1) active account on OKPanalo at any time. Creating duplicate accounts — for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses — is a violation of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any of it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. OKPanalo will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact our support team immediately.

• Do not share your username or password with anyone.
• Do not allow others to use your account, even family members.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any available additional security features on your account.

OKPanalo reserves the right to verify account details at any stage. Accounts found to contain false information may be suspended, and any pending winnings may be withheld until verification is completed or permanently forfeited if fraud is confirmed.

All financial transactions on OKPanalo are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• OKPanalo supports the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
• Deposits are generally credited to your OKPanalo wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on your payment provider.
• OKPanalo does not charge deposit fees on its end. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method in your own name, matching the details on your verified OKPanalo account.
• OKPanalo processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the withdrawal page. Most GCash and Maya withdrawals complete within minutes.
• OKPanalo reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawal requests.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on OKPanalo. Specific rules for individual sports, games, or event types are detailed in the relevant sections of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by OKPanalo's system, except in cases of clear system error.
• The minimum bet amount is ₱50 for sports betting and ₱100 for casino games and Sabong. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed before confirmation.
• OKPanalo settles bets based on official results from the relevant governing body, league, or arena. In the event of a dispute, OKPanalo's decision is final after internal review.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the applicable completion threshold, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the specific event rules.
• OKPanalo reserves the right to void bets placed on events where material information was withheld, odds were published in error, or system irregularities affected the outcome of the betting market.
• Live betting markets are subject to temporary suspension at any time during an event. Bets accepted before a suspension are still valid; bets not yet confirmed at the point of suspension will not be processed.

OKPanalo makes every effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date odds. However, if an error in odds is identified before settlement, OKPanalo reserves the right to correct the odds and settle bets at the corrected price, or to void the bet entirely and return the stake to the member.

OKPanalo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to members who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. New member welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both — the exact requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and wagering progress will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is completed.

• OKPanalo may restrict or reverse bonus awards if it determines that abuse, manipulation, or fraud has occurred in connection with a promotion claim.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on OKPanalo. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, permanent ban, and recovery of any funds derived from prohibited conduct:

• Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to deceive OKPanalo through false information, manipulation of game results, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value outside normal play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other members to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or any other competitive game format.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Money laundering: Using OKPanalo as a vehicle for any form of money laundering or financial crime. OKPanalo complies with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Underage access: Registering as or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to access your account.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to use your OKPanalo account for any purpose.

OKPanalo uses a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged for review, you may be asked to provide additional documentation. Failing to cooperate with a review may itself result in account suspension.

OKPanalo is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all its members. We provide the following tools to help members manage their play:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you deposit into your OKPanalo account.
• Session reminders: Receive alerts to remind you how long you have been playing during a session.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your betting activity for a chosen period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the OKPanalo platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the OKPanalo platform without written permission.
• Use OKPanalo's brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context not expressly authorised.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of any OKPanalo software.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the OKPanalo platform.

Any unauthorised use of OKPanalo's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

OKPanalo provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OKPanalo shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from technical faults, network outages, or interruptions outside OKPanalo's reasonable control.
• Loss of profits or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Actions taken in good faith based on information that later proves to be inaccurate, provided that OKPanalo has taken reasonable steps to ensure accuracy.
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit OKPanalo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. OKPanalo's total liability to any member for any single incident shall not exceed the total value of funds in that member's account at the time of the incident.

OKPanalo collects and processes personal data in connection with operating your account and providing our services. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

By creating an account with OKPanalo, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We collect only the information necessary to operate your account and comply with our legal obligations.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• We may share data with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention services where legally required or operationally necessary.
• You have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, and in some cases delete your information.

OKPanalo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• A court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority directing us to do so.
• Member request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, OKPanalo will retain any funds in the account during the review period. If the investigation determines that the member has not violated these Terms, the account will be reinstated and full access to funds restored. If misconduct is confirmed, OKPanalo may withhold funds equivalent to the proceeds of prohibited conduct.

Members wishing to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting support@okpanalo.best. Any real-money balance in the account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the OKPanalo platform shall first be referred to OKPanalo's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a dispute, members should contact our support team in writing at support@okpanalo.best, clearly setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution they are seeking. OKPanalo will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve the matter within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be referred to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority or appropriate judicial body in accordance with Philippine law. OKPanalo will cooperate fully with any regulatory review or legal proceeding.

OKPanalo may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or industry standards. When we make changes:
